The youths in this sector need to wake up and do more for the sector. We need to stop looking at the negative and run with the positives. Make the sector a business driven sector so that even if we looking at greenhouse production we going into this to make money. It should be all about food security for the region, rural and urban development, youth championship and development and entrepreneurial development among stakeholders and especially youths. So lets talk sustainable business development and management over a cup of "buddy-mi-eye" tea
